Return & Refund Policy – Thraya

At Thraya, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund subject to the following conditions:

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

• Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
